International Customer can use Seengar.com instead. This policy applies on Pakistani Customers only.

Summery of Shipping

• Delivery Time within Pakistan : 3-4 days (Rs. 700)
• Delivery Time in Peshawar : 1-2 days (300)
• It takes 3-4 days to process/prepare the dress so if you buy jewelery you ll get in above mention days but for dress there will be addition 3-4 days.

Return Policies

• Return request must be maid within 3 days of receiving your order.
• We receive 100% return of the product if the product is not the same as requested including color, size issue.
• Shipping charges are not refundable.
• We don’t accept return order of a dress with invalid size which was sent by customer.
• The product must be return in same packing without any damage.
• Customer must explain the reason or defect before returning the dress.
• Return shipment cost should be paid by the customer.
• You will receive refund within a week once we receive the product.
• Please not that their is always slight change in the pattern/flowers on the dresses which is exempted from return.
